Dear CIROS Members

It is with great pleasure that I am able to reach you all today through our very own, brand new website. This website is one of the many new features that has been made possible by the hard work of the old and new boards over the summer. It’s crazy to think of the progress CIROS has made as an organisation in the short space of a year and half.

From just a group of students meeting up to create a sense of community within the international setting of IRO; to being a legal student association with members, a budget and motivated commissioners in our committees.

But this isn’t the final destination for CIROS: The new board and I will all be working hard to advance CIROS to the next step of our journey and providing more services for you. Whether through social events, academic activities or other experiences to make sure your time in IRO isn’t solely defined by being a Political Science student and nothing else.

So, to the incoming First Years, welcome to our community of IRO students and I look forward to all of you over the next months. And to the Second and Third Years I hope you had an amazing relaxing break before it all starts up again!
