Mauritshuis

Nationaal Monument Oranjehotel
Former WWII detention centre, a memorial to those imprisoned during that time.

Some things to keep in mind:
Most museums in this country do not have free entry to museums for students and only some have a discount. In Leiden, there are some which do allow you to enter for free as a Leiden University student, such as the Hortus Botanicus. You ca read more about the lack of culture discounts here!
